• What time does the event begin? The Twelfth Season Awards Ceremony will begin promptly at 7:00 pm.
• What time should I arrive? We will be welcoming you from 6:00 pm onwards. Head straight to the ‘On-site Registration’ welcome desk to collect your seating ticket and proceed inside Dubai Opera Theatre. Guests are encouraged to come early as the doors will close by 6:45 pm.
• Will you serve food and beverages? Yes, light canapés and refreshments will be served after the Awards Ceremony. Please be advised no alchohol will be served during the event.
• Is onsite registration open to everyone? Yes, onsite registration will be open from 6:00 pm on the day of the event to anyone who wishes to attend the event. Guests who register onsite will have limited seating and will be seated on a first come, first serve basis.
• Will there be valet parking? Underground self-parking spaces are availible in P3, at a fixed rate of AED 30 for the entire day
• Is there a dress code? Dress code for the event is formal or national dress.
• Is there a minimum age requirement for the event? All attendees must be 18 years and older.
• People of Determination Dubai Opera is accessible to wheelchair users and designated seats are available for wheelchair-bound patrons and their companions. If you require such assistance, please email us at info@hipa.ae with your specific requirements.
  We are aware that we can offer wheelchair seats/positions only in selected parts of the auditorium, due to the seating configuration. As we appreciate that these seats may not be in your preferred areas, we guarantee you the best available wheelchair position.
